Rental Qualifications

To ensure a smooth application process, please review our rental qualifications:

• Minimum credit score requirement: 510 or highe
• One-year minimum employment history
• Three-year minimum rental history
• Clean background check
• Verifiable income of at least three times the rental rate

Pet Restrictions

We have specific guidelines regarding pets:

• Maximum of two pets per household
• No aggressive breeds permitted
• Additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee required
• All pets must undergo Petscreening application
• The pet application fee is $25 per pet.

ESAs and Service Animals

Proper documentation must be provided to Petscreening for all animal owners. There is no application fee for ESAs or service animals.
