Property Manager / Marketing Specialist
Jeanne Hale-Anson is a native Tulsan and has been in Real Estate since 2004, specializing in Property Management, Leasing and Investor Sales since 2006. Whether you are an investor with a sizable portfolio of homes, a first-time investment buyer, or a homeowner that needs to lease your personal property, Jeanne has the experience you can trust to take care of your investment. She specializes in matching good, qualified tenants with the right property for them, ensuring a successful and hassle-free owner/tenant relationship for all.
Jeanne’s proven experience navigating through all areas of the local rental market provides an extensive network of repeat clients and strong working relationships with many local vendors, giving both property owners and tenants an advantage for long-term success.
Outside of the office, Jeanne and her husband, Preston, are very involved with their church and local ministries that help meet the needs of people in our area. They also enjoy spending time with their friends and family and just hanging out together as empty-nesters!
Monica Bell
Managing Broker / Property Manager
Monica Bell, originally from Lima, Peru, relocated to the United States in 1991 and spent 15 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before moving to the Tulsa area in 2006. Since 2004, Monica has been deeply involved in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
With extensive experience in managing relationships between property owners and tenants, Monica specializes in overseeing comprehensive business operations at At Home, ensuring cohesive teamwork and implementation of best practices across all facets of the business. Monica understands that cultivating strong business partnerships directly correlates with the success of our owners and tenants alike, and she leverages her tools and expertise to achieve this goal. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Monica serves as a valuable asset to At Home, particularly in navigating the expanding local Hispanic market and supporting our international property owners.
Monica and her husband, Darin, are actively engaged parents to three daughters. They prioritize family bonds and cherish time spent with their adult children as well as their youngest, who is still at home. Monica remains connected to her cultural roots through participation in a Native Peruvian dance team. Known for her proactive approach, Monica embraces a busy schedule, believing that productivity thrives with activity.
